New students learn from instructors and senior students.  As they gain more experience, those same students begin to help other students and so on.  This cycle creates a close community that shares in the accomplishments and successes of every classmate.  Humility and kindness are important character traits in Martial Arts.  At Pollaro’s, we focus on training and improving, not just winning.
